An ecotax (short for ecological taxation) is a tax levied on activities which are considered to be harmful to the environment.
The particularity of this tax is that it’s a fixed amount per product, based on arbitrary criterias.
In some cases, the ecotax will be embedded in the product price (from an ERP for example). But on others, the ecotax need to be added on top of the product.
This bundle covers this latest case and uses a Product Price Attribute (supporting multiple currencies) to implement it.

Once the order is registered, the DEEE is fixed, unless you edit the order (same behavior as standard OroCommerce taxes).
